Fresher Business Development Executive (Sales)

you'll support the companys expansion efforts by generating leads, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and assisting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  market research

  to identify potential clients and understand industry trends and customer needs.

• Outreach & Lead Generation:

  Use cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social channels to reach potential customers.
• Assist in preparing

  sales proposals, presentations, and pitches

  aligned to client needs.
• Engage with prospects: schedule discovery calls; support senior team members during negotiations and deal closures.
  

• CRM & Data Handling:

  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, contacts, and pipeline updates.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance sales acumen.
  
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align outreach strategies
  
• Support in achieving monthly or quarterly team targets through proactive contributions.
  

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
