Job Description

Greetings!!

We're hiring for the below openings -

Role : Asset Executive

Location : Gurgaon, Sec 18

Exp : 1+ year

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain updated records of IT assets (laptops, desktops, network devices, peripherals, etc.) in the asset management tool.
Assist in asset tagging, allocation, and retrieval activities.
Coordinate with users and IT support teams for asset issuance and return.
Update movement details of assets (allocation, transfer, repair, scrap, etc.).
Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of IT assets.
Support in vendor coordination for procurement.
Maintain asset-related documentation
