Role & responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Management Manage the full recruitment cycle for internal roles and external client mandates, from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure quality candidate experience and timely closure of positions. Strategic Ownership & Business Contribution Design and implement organization-wide recruitment frameworks aligned with NAVIS HR's growth objectives. Develop revenue-generating recruitment strategies and drive execution through the team. Monitor budget utilization, set hiring forecasts, and align resources accordingly. Deliver data-driven performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting recruitment ROI, cost- efficiency, and business impact. Vendor Management & Client Engagement Manage vendor empanelment and expand external sourcing partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and staffing vendors. Drive business development by leveraging recruitment success stories and referrals. Bilingual Hiring Expertise Source, assess, and place candidates with language proficiency in Japanese, German and other languages based on client needs. Strategic Sourcing & Hiring Plan and execute specialized sourcing strategies tailored to each clients hiring requirements. Build talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and proactive outreach. Team Leadership & KPI Management Supervise, coach, and motivate the internal recruitment team. Delegate tasks efficiently and manage performance through measurable KPIs. Foster a result-oriented, collaborative team culture. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align hiring plans with business priorities. Adjust sourcing methods and prioritization based on evolving organizational needs. Recruitment Operations & Reporting Monitor recruitment progress and pipeline status regularly. Present hiring metrics, candidate quality indicators, and progress reports to leadership. Ensure transparent communication of team outcomes and bottlenecks. Compliance & Process Optimization Ensure all recruitment processes are in compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Continuously review and optimize hiring workflows to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and candidate experience. Preferred candidate profile 8+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in staffing agencies or HR consulting firms. Experience in bilingual hiring is an advantage.( (preferably in service, education, or insurance sectors) Strong interpersonal, leadership, and client-facing communication skills. Proficient in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms). Data-driven mindset with ability to present performance insights to stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
