Job Description: Project Manager - CBG Plant (Muzzafarnagar, UP)

Company Overview

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Management:

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day project operations for the CBG plant's
  construction and commissioning.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are
  met and the project is completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure adherence to all
  project specifications and standards.

International Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and communication with the European
  manufacturer of the CBG plant.
• Coordinate the dispatch of all components from Europe and ensure their
  correct and timely receipt at the project site.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the key liaison between the company's leadership and various
  vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to ensure all technical
  implementations are executed according to the plan.

Technical Oversight:

• Leverage an electrical engineering background to provide expert guidance
  and oversight on technical aspects of the plant's installation and integration.
• Proactively identify and resolve any technical or operational challenges that
  may arise during the project. Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in project management, with a proven record of
  successful project implementation in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong exposure to either Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) or Solar energy
  projects is essential.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively
  bridging communication gaps between diverse stakeholders, including international manufacturers and local vendors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and
  deliver results under pressure.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest
  standards of quality.
