Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the establishment of our new Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) plant in Muzzafarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be a certified project management professional with a proven track record in the renewable energy sector, possessing strong communication skills and an electrical engineering background. This role is critical to the successful and timely execution of the project, serving as the central link between our leadership, our international partners, and our vendors. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage all day-to-day project operations for the CBG plant's construction and commissioning. Develop, monitor, and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and the project is completed within the stipulated timeframe. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure adherence to all project specifications and standards. International Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact and communication with the European manufacturer of the CBG plant. Coordinate the dispatch of all components from Europe and ensure their correct and timely receipt at the project site. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between the company's leadership and various vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to ensure all technical implementations are executed according to the plan. Technical Oversight: Leverage an electrical engineering background to provide expert guidance and oversight on technical aspects of the plant's installation and integration. Proactively identify and resolve any technical or operational challenges that may arise during the project. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is a significant advantage. Certification: Must possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management, with a proven record of successful project implementation in the renewable energy sector. Strong exposure to either Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) or Solar energy projects is essential. Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively bridging communication gaps between diverse stakeholders, including international manufacturers and local vendors. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
