Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jira Trainer based in Udaipur. The Jira Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on Jira to various teams within the organization. Daily tasks include creating training materials, conducting live training sessions, providing one-on-one mentoring, and answering any Jira-related queries. The trainer will also evaluate the progress of trainees and offer additional support as required to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Jira, including administration and user functionality
• Strong training and mentoring skills, with experience in both classroom and individual settings
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management
• Ability to create comprehensive training materials and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt training approaches based on trainees' needs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Udaipur
