Jira Administrator

As an Administer in our team, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain Atlassian JIRA, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence platforms. This includes designing and implementing custom JIRA workflows, screens, schemes, custom fields, and dashboards. You will also develop Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and knowledge management structures for teams. Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and implement JIRA configurations to meet Agile/DevOps delivery models is an essential aspect of this role. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing user permissions, groups, and roles with JIRA and Confluence, performing system audits, cleanup, upgrades, security patches, and integrating JIRA with third-party tools. Documenting configuration, processes, and best practices, as well as providing day-to-day support and training to users on JIRA and Confluence usage, are key responsibilities. Furthermore, you will generate reports and analytics using JIRA Query Language (JQL), filters, and dashboards. The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a Database Administrator role, possesses strong analytical skills, is adept at handling numerical data, excels in networking and relationship building, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
