Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Jira Administrator located in India. The Jira Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Jira instance, configuring and customizing Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and notifications. The role will also include performing regular audits, ensuring compliance with company standards, providing user support and training, and creating detailed documentation.

• Experience in configuring and customizing Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and notifications
• Strong knowledge of performing regular audits and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Ability to provide user support and training
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in software development or IT administration is a plus
• Relevant certifications like Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator are advantageous
