Job Description

Reliance Jio is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Jio Point Assistant Manager to manage day-to-day operations at the Jio Point in Thrikkadavu, Kollam. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the Jio Point Handle customer queries and ensure high service quality Achieve sales and activation targets Manage inventory, cash, and documentation Coordinate with field teams and business partners Ensure compliance with company policies and processes Eligibility Criteria:Graduation in any discipline (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in retail, telecom, or sales operations Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) Local area knowledge will be an added advantage Salary & Benefits:Attractive salary + incentives PF, ESI, Insurance & other statutory benefits Career growth opportunities with Reliance Jio
