Jio Customer Associate

As a Freelancer based in Aurangabad, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Acquire new customers - Call Jio Customers and explain them about Jio's Recharges - Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge - Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers - Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines - Ensure a delightful customer experience - Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language - Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service - Learn about Jio's plans, products and services to add value to the offering To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required: - Education: 10th / 10 + 2 (Preferred) As for your skills and competencies, you should possess: - Basic knowledge of reading and writing - Smartphone usage - Ability to speak the local language - Sales and customer handling skills - Ability to learn - Goal and result oriented Please note that the location for this role is in Aurangabad.,
