Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Head to manage our diamond stock, karigar coordination, and repair operations.
This is a key position ensuring smooth workflow between the production, karigar network, and management — maintaining 100% stock accuracy, timely parcel tracking, and operational efficiency.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in jewelry back office / production coordination.
Strong knowledge of diamond assortments, sieving, and karigar work processes.
Excellent in Google Sheets / Excel / documentation.
Ability to handle pressure, maintain accuracy, and ensure deadlines are met.
Good communication & team coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
