Position: Jewellery Designer (Polki & Uncut Diamonds) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Duration: 1 month (Contract-based, with potential for extension) About the Role: We are looking for a freelance jewellery designer with strong experience in designing traditional Indian jewellery — particularly Polki and uncut diamond pieces. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Rajasthani design aesthetics, heritage techniques, and fine detailing. This is a contract-based position, with flexibility to work from anywhere. While our team is based in Surat, this role is fully remote. Future opportunities may be discussed based on performance and compatibility. Key Responsibilities: • Design traditional and heritage-inspired jewellery pieces (focus on Polki/uncut diamonds) • Translate design briefs into sketches and CADs (if required) • Work closely with the creative director to align with brand vision • Incorporate Rajasthani craftsmanship styles into modern formats • Ensure commercial viability of designs Requirements: • Prior experience designing Polki and uncut diamond jewellery • Strong knowledge of Rajasthani jewellery craftsmanship • Ability to sketch or render ideas clearly (CAD knowledge is a bonus) • Understanding of market trends and customer preferences • Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines Contract Type: • 1 month to begin with (freelance/project basis) • Remuneration will be discussed based on experience • Flexible working hours, remote setup ⸻ To Apply: DM us or email your portfolio to thelabgrowncompany@gmail.com Please mention “Freelance Polki Designer Application” in the subject line.
