Jewelry Consultant

As a Jewellery consultant at Nivara Lab Grown Diamonds, your role will involve assisting shoppers, providing product information, processing transactions, and promoting sales. You will need to maintain a positive attitude while managing responsibilities such as stocking shelves, handling transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Assist shoppers with their jewellery selections - Provide detailed product information to customers - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Promote sales and achieve sales targets - Maintain a clean and organized store environment Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of Graduate/12th Pass (preferred background in Jewelry industry) - 13 years of experience in retail, luxury goods, or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset - Familiarity with basic sales operations, POS systems, and inventory procedures - Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets - Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required Nivara Lab Grown Diamonds is dedicated to providing high-quality lab-grown diamond jewellery to our customers.
