As an Executive at ORRA Fine Jewellery, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales conversion, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. You will engage with customers to introduce them to new designs, promotional schemes, and special offers, while actively supporting local area initiatives and participating in the try-at-home program. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail sales. Key Responsibilities: - Address customer needs with a focus on enhancing sales conversion rates and providing outstanding customer experiences. - Educate customers on the latest designs, promotional schemes, and offerings to boost sales and foster customer engagement. - Collaborate with the Relationship Executive to participate in local area activities that enhance brand visibility. - Assist in the implementation of the try-at-home program under the guidance of the Store Manager. - Conduct follow-ups with potential customers, including in-person visits to facilitate sales closures. - Establish and nurture strong, enduring customer relationships.
