Jewellery Sales Executive

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store. It will be essential for you to maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and trends. Your duties will include accurately and efficiently processing sales transactions, which may involve handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns. Additionally, you will need to keep the store environment clean and organized while adhering to visual merchandising standards. Collaboration with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share product knowledge, and provide support will be crucial. You will also be expected to participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control. Identifying and reporting any customer complaints, concerns, or suggestions to the Store Manager will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately. - High school diploma or equivalent.
