Jewellery Sales Executive

As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Meeting and exceeding sales targets is crucial to contribute to the overall success of the store. It is essential to maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and trends. You will be responsible for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized store environment while adhering to visual merchandising standards is a key part of your role. Collaboration with colleagues is also necessary to achieve sales goals, share product knowledge, and provide support. Participating in visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control activities will be required. Identifying and reporting any customer complaints, concerns, or suggestions to the Store Manager is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the overall shopping experience. This position is full-time and permanent, with a work schedule that includes day and morning shifts. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location will be in person.
