Key Responsibilities

• Customer engagement: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their needs.
• Sales support: Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers clearly and confidently.
• Inventory management: Maintain records of stock and update sales data using MS Excel.
• Billing & documentation: Handle billing, receipts, and ensure accurate transaction records.
• Relationship building: Develop long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal abilities.
• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Attitude: Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
