Develop strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions for jewelry purchases. Ensure effective showroom management by controlling inventory levels, visual merchandising, and store appearance. Collaborate with other team members to drive sales growth through joint efforts and strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in luxury sales or retail industry (jewelry/watches/luxury goods). Strong knowledge of gems, gold ornaments, watches, and other related products. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
