Jewellery Sales Assistant

As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be playing a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing expert advice on jewelry selection, building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication, collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets, and contributing to a positive working environment. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively educate customers while maintaining a clean and organized store appearance. Qualifications required for this role include at least 2 years of previous experience in jewelry sales or a related retail environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry craftsmanship, being goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
