Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a passion for luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with jewellery selection.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Maintain product knowledge — gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
• Handle billing, tagging, and stock display as per company standards.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of display counters.
• Handle exchanges, repairs, and after-sales support professionally.
• Update customer records and sales reports.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling and negotiation ability.
• Presentable personality with a confident attitude.
• Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
• Experience in jewellery or luxury retail preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Working Hours:

Full-time (As per showroom timings)
Weekends working; one weekly off (weekday)
