Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Jewellery Order Management professional. Responsibilities include managing order processing workflows, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining seamless communication with clients and internal teams. The role also involves analyzing data for process improvement and providing exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Order Management and Order Processing for timely and accurate workflow execution
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for monitoring and optimizing order processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address inquiries effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently
• Prior experience in the jewellery industry or e-commerce is a plus
