As a jewellery designer at BR Designs Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Conducting research to understand market trends and preferences for diamond jewellery across India and the Middle East region for all 3 brands under BR Designs Pvt. Ltd. - Collaborating with customers, the marketing department, and merchandisers to gain insights into the market and capture emerging trends. - Creating storyboards, sketches, and briefs for sales based on your research findings. - Developing designs and delivering concept presentations. In terms of product development, you will be expected to: - Oversee the entire sample development process from concept to approval within the specified timelines and action calendar. - Ensure that all designs, including coral designs, CAD models, and samples, are in line with client requirements and meet the quality standards. - Verify the accuracy of data entered by the Master team. Required software proficiency includes: - CorelDraw - Pro Create - Photoshop This is a full-time position with a fixed day shift schedule. You should be willing to commute or relocate to Surat, Gujarat, before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in jewellery design is required.
