We are seeking passionate jewellery designers from reputable design schools to join our jewellery design team focusing on the India and Middle East markets. As a part of our team, your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting product direction meetings involving market research and development. Researching market trends and preferences across all 3 brands of diamond jewellery for BR Designs Pvt. Ltd. Engaging with customers, marketing department, and merchandisers to understand the market and identify current trends. Creating storyboards, images, and providing briefs to the sales team. Developing designs and delivering concept presentations. Executing product development activities, including sample development: Managing the entire sample development process from concept to approval within specified timelines and action calendars. Ensuring that all designs, including coral designs, CAD (checking elevation and shape), RPT, models, and samples, align with client requirements and meet established quality standards. Ensuring accurate data entry by the Master team. Required Software Proficiency: - CorelDraw - Pro Create - Photoshop This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Surat, Gujarat, before starting work.
