Location: Grant Road / Kemps Corner, Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹90,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in conceptualizing and developing fine jewellery designs that reflect current market trends and client preferences. The role involves working closely with production teams, clients, and management to bring unique and elegant jewellery concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, sketch, and design fine jewellery pieces (rings, earrings, necklaces, bangles, etc.).
• Develop CAD designs and technical drawings for production.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Research market trends, gemstones, and metal combinations to create innovative designs.
• Coordinate with artisans and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Maintain design archives and documentation for reference and production.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards, pricing structures, and feasibility for manufacturing.
• Work on custom and bridal jewellery projects when required.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity in jewellery design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, Matrix, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or JewelCAD.
• Good understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewellery manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate ideas into practical designs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Jewellery Design or Fine Arts (preferred).
• 4–10 years of experience in fine jewellery or luxury design (retail or manufacturing).
• Experience working with high-end or custom jewellery brands will be an added advantage.
