Jewellery Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for customers. Involves staying well-informed about product & design features, current promotions, and sales events, while actively engaging customers to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience, fosters a loyal customer base.
• Stay informed about product features, design specifications, and product care guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with current promotions and sales events.
• Provide detailed product information to customers.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly sales targets by actively promoting products, new launches and upselling.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Should be able to Promote monthly investment scheme policy to customer.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store through proper merchandising and display standards.
• Should be aware of market trends and provide timely feedback to the management.
• Assist with receiving and restocking product, monitor and report inventory levels to management.
• Conduct regular inventory counts as required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, customer service, and safety & security standards.
