Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur/ Lucknow for a Jewellery Consultant & Communication Executive. The daily tasks for this role include assisting customers, providing exceptional customer service, demonstration of jewellery, maintaining and polishing jewellery, and training team members on product knowledge and customer interaction. The role requires collaboration with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Jewelry presentation and demonstration skills
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Ability to train team members and provide product knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in the jewellery retail industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Fashion, or related field, preferred
