Jewellery CAD Designer

As a CAD Designer at Sant Ram's, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team specializing in high-quality, custom-designed jewellery pieces for retail and wholesale markets. Your role will involve creating detailed 3D CAD models for various jewellery pieces, collaborating with design and production teams, staying updated on industry trends, and preparing renderings for client presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed 3D CAD models for jewellery pieces using software like Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or similar. - Collaborate with teams to iterate on concepts, ensuring designs meet quality and cost standards. - Stay updated on industry trends, new software tools, and materials to enhance design efficiency. - Prepare renderings and visualizations for client presentations and marketing materials. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Jewellery Design, or a related field. - 5+ years of CAD design experience, preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry. - Proficiency in jewellery-specific CAD software like Rhino with Grasshopper, Matrix, or ZBrush. - Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes, gemology, and materials. - Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. - Portfolio showcasing previous jewellery designs and CAD work. - Bonus: Experience with 3D printing, CAM software, or rendering tools like KeyShot.
