Role Description This is a full-time, onsite role for a JEE Mains Maths Faculty based in Jharkhand . The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, developing lesson plans, and preparing students for JEE Mains. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Mathematics, experience in competitive exam coaching, and a student-centric teaching approach. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular onsite classes for JEE Mains Mathematics Design and implement structured lesson plans and assessments Simplify complex mathematical concepts for better student understanding Monitor student performance and provide individual guidance Use innovative teaching methods and tools to maximize engagement Collaborate with the academic team to improve content and delivery Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field 4–5 years of experience teaching Mathematics for JEE Mains or similar competitive exams Strong understanding of the JEE Mains syllabus and exam pattern Proven ability to manage and engage a classroom effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience at reputed coaching institutes is preferred Location : Jharkhand (Onsite) Type : Full-Time Interested can share resume on harshita.singh@askfilo.com or can connect on +91 92895 64229 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
