JDE EnterpriseOne CNC Support Engineer

As a JDE EnterpriseOne CNC Support Engineer, your role involves the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 ERP environment. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system stability, perform CNC services, and drive issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing CNC services such as package builds, deployments, user/security setups, printer configs, and change management. - Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues. - Maintain and patch JDE application servers, databases, and related middleware. - Execute scheduled activities including backups, batch jobs, upgrades, and deployments. - Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets using JIRA and ServiceNow. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and best practices. - Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in production environments. - Hands-on experience with CNC tools, Oracle/SQL Server databases, and middleware. - Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. - Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow. - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.,
