JDE CSMS Sr Lead Consultant

As a JDE CSMS professional at Birlasoft, you will be responsible for leveraging your 6-10 years of experience in JDE to relate product functionality to business processes. Your role involves offering implementation advice to customers on how to effectively meet various business scenarios. You will work independently with businesses to gather requirements, conduct meetings, and facilitate cross-functional sessions to define business needs through functional and data requirements specifications. Additionally, you will lead integration testing efforts, develop test plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to conduct User Acceptance Testing. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and resolving the root cause of issues, collaborating with development and testing teams for unit and functional testing, and developing functional specifications related to the CSMS Module. You will also work on system configuration, mapping, menu creation, security, and possess knowledge of JIRA processes and EDI. Technical skills in JDE and basic SQL, along with functional skills in service management setup, service and warranty management, service work order management, and service billing are essential for this role. Furthermore, possessing soft skills such as effective business communication, a learning attitude, ownership, and a passion for achieving results will be crucial. While technical certification in Oracle JDE and domain experience in Manufacturing are added advantages, your dedication to delivering high-quality service and your ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment will be key to your success in this role at Birlasoft.,
