Design and update Java course curriculum based on industry trends and certification requirements. Deliver lectures and practical coding sessions on Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs. Evaluate trainees through assignments, tests, and projects. Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to learners. Create training materials, presentations, and lab exercises. Collaborate with the content and placement teams to align training with job market needs. Stay updated with new Java frameworks, tools, and best practices.
