Java Technical Lead

Job Description

Experience-9+ Years Lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure project delivery. Develop and maintain high-performance applications using Java 8+ and related technologies. Design and implement Microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot . Work with multithreading, data structures, and algorithms to optimize system performance. Write and execute unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, and mentoring of junior developers. Work with databases , ensuring efficient queries and performance tuning. Implement best practices for scalability, maintainability, and security . Exposure to Reactive Programming and Kafka is an added advantage. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Core Java Strong knowledge. Java 8+ Features – Lambda expressions, Streams, Functional Programming. Spring Boot & Microservices – Experience in designing and developing REST APIs. Multi-threading – Strong understanding and implementation experience. Data Structures & Algorithms – Good problem-solving skills. Junit & Unit Testing – Hands-on experience. Basic Database Knowledge – SQL queries, indexing, and performance tuning. Hands-on Coding Examination – Ability to solve real-world coding problems. Good to Have: Reactive Programming – Knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
