We are looking for a US IT Recruiter having an aggressive approach towards work. We are looking for a passionate, goal-oriented recruiter who has strong work ethics and strong commitment levels. Strong Verbal and Written communication skills are MUST HAVE for this role. Job Title: US IT Recruiter Experience: 5 to 8yrs Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli Hybrid) Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: US IT Recruiter: Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment is MUST End to End US IT Recruitment Cycle Recruit through our in-house platform and provide feedback/input to the development team to improve features/functionality. Maintain requirements and candidate database on our in-house platform Strong recruiting, sourcing, and technical skills Reading resumes and qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), behavioral fitment, stability, suitability, etc., Good experience in screening, conducting phone screening, providing candidate assessments Drive high-quality selection; experience with various job portals and social network sites like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent negotiating skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills Well-versed in dealing with candidates - US Citizen, GC, H1B, TN Permit holders. With good knowledge of tax terms (W2,1099, C2C). Foster long term relationships with candidates Experience in closing contracts, contract to hire, and full-time positions with clients Work in a quick turnaround time to fulfill the requirements Exceptional networking skills and ability to source candidates through vendor partner Qualifications: Bachelors degree in BTech, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT domain. Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and technologies and Contract Recruitment (e.g., programming languages, software tools, etc.). Proficiency in using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with technical screening tools and processes. Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies. Experience recruiting for niche IT roles or emerging technologies.
