Java Technical Lead

We are looking candidates for Java Technical Lead role.

Notice period - Immediate - 30 days

Role - C2H (EY Pay roll) for our retail client

Location - Pune (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Architecture

• Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for iHub

platform features.

• Design and review UX workflows in close collaboration with product and design

teams.

• Define, review, and recommend UI and backend implementation approaches with

scalability, security, and maintainability in mind.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional

teams to gather and refine requirements.

• Drive upgrade and maintenance activities for the Karavan web application.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture.
• Frontend: React.js, Redux/Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3,

Responsive Design.

• Databases: NoSQL (cosmosDB preferred).
• DevOps/Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines (Azure devops), Docker,

Kubernetes.

• Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Cypress/Jest, Postman.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure (preferred).
