Job Description

Senior System Analyst (Java technical lead)

Strong communication skills with the ability to think and act strategically and creatively\
Should be able to hand a small-sized team therefore should hold 2+ years with team leading
Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for working as part of a team
Technical experience in Java and Sprint boot
Good analytical skills
Managing a Team, mentoring and resolving technical blockers
Review the code and suggest best practices and optimized code
Guide the team through process and see that all standards are met
Handson on tools like ADO / JIRA
Connect with clients regularly for business and technical discussions
Attend all the sprint ceremonies and contribute
Database and AWS hands on
Raise risks and issues as appropriate.

Shift details and location:

60% & above in any two of the following and 55% & above in the third

Secondary, Higher Secondary (or it s equivalent) and Graduation level (aggregate)

Strong Communication & interpersonal Skills.
