About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design highly scalable, performant, and secure enterprise applications.

Define application architecture, integration patterns, and best practices for development.

Lead technical discussions, solutioning, and design reviews with cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

Drive cloud adoption strategies and deployment on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.

Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices in scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of application delivery from architecture to production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Expertise:

Java 8 & above

Strong understanding of OOPS principles and design patterns

Spring Boot and Microservices architecture

SQL Server / PostgreSQL

ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging and monitoring

Kafka / RabbitMQ for messaging and event-driven systems

AWS cloud services and architecture best practices

Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration

React.js for front-end development integration

Experience:

Minimum 10 years in software development with at least 3 years in a technical architect role.

Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, distributed systems.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in AWS Solutions Architect or Kubernetes.

Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Exposure to security frameworks and compliance standards.
