Java Software Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a Java Software Engineer responsible for delivering high-quality technical training and hands-on involvement in software development and application support. Your role will involve conducting structured Java training sessions, designing training materials, mentoring junior developers, staying updated with Java trends, collaborating on real-time projects, and providing technical support to internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver structured Java training sessions covering Core Java, OOPs, Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, and associated technologies. - Design and develop hands-on training materials, coding exercises, assessments, and documentation. - Mentor junior developers, interns, and new joiners through live sessions, code reviews, and project-based learning. - Stay updated with the latest Java trends and continuously improve training content to align with industry standards. - Collaborate with development teams on real-time projects, assisting in design, development, and bug resolution. - Support internal teams and clients by troubleshooting technical issues and providing backend support where required. - Participate in documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming, and Java SE/EE. - Experience with Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate, or JPA. - Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and microservice-based architecture. - Sound knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL query optimization. - Proficiency in using Git and version control workflows. - Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to simplify complex topics and engage learners effectively.,
