Java React AWS Sr Lead Architect

Primary Skill : JAVA Fullstack, React, AWS, DevSecOps, Event driven architecture, Messaging architecture
Secondary Skill : TDD, Observability, Microservices, Micro frontends, Kafka/Kinesis event streaming Position Specific duties : Operate within a full stack agile team and participate in all aspects of teams work of building out Manufacturing Engineering IT apps and ensuring delivery adheres to the proposed architecture. Lead the team in technical practices such as selecting design solutions and leveraging industry standards such as SOLID principles and 12 Factor App for development practices within the team. Ensure high quality software through adherence to Test Driven Development (TDD) as the foundation of development and enabling CI/CD and DevSecOps practices. Provide Technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members within the product space to build technical capabilities and good software engineering practices. Provide understanding of Cloud Computing and Integration patterns to leverage in creating a Data driven and Scalable Environment to support tech stack modernization. Required skill : Ability to create secure, reliable, resilient and modular system design and implement it Hands on expert level software coding skills in JAVA, React, RDBMS and noSQL Databases, Springboot & API design. Hands on experience with AWS services that support build scalable, resilient, fault tolerant and secure web applications Hands on knowledge of event driven design and message queues Mastery of engineering practices like TDD, DevSecOps, Software automation, CI/CD. Strong understanding of Agile and XP practices. Skilled at implementing microservices, micro frontends, event driven architecture using message queues Deep understanding of security frameworks, authentication and authorization schemes. Experience in performance tuning and scaling applications. Understanding of infrastructure as a code using Cloud Formation or Terraform. Experience in Application stack modernization and migrations Desired Experience : Mastery in user empathy and design thinking. Demonstrated learning agility and strong desire to innovate. Experience in software test automation & Test Data Orchestration. AWS Certifications Architecture design thinking and patterns. Experience with Observability platforms and visualization tools like ELK+Grafana, new Relic, or any other platform Education : Degree in Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent) e.g. B.E. / BTech or equivalent
