Java Lead with Banking / BFSI domain

The company NastechGlobal is currently hiring for the position of Java Lead with experience in the Banking/BFSI domain. This role requires 6 to 10 years of experience and the location of work can be either Navi Mumbai or Chennai. The work mode is 5 days working from office and alternate Saturdays. This is a contract role. As a Java Lead, you will be responsible for providing strong expertise in Java J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Deployment, and Cluster Application Architecture. Your role will involve leading the initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects by guiding team members on technical aspects and conducting reviews of technical documents. Additionally, you will have hands-on experience in Mobile Application design and development using tools like Android Studio, Kony Visualizer, and Kony Mobile Fabric. You will be expected to manage a team, assign tasks, ensure timely project delivery, and have expertise in Mobile Security insights and best practices. Key responsibilities of this role include guiding and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring alignment with technical goals and project timelines. You will provide expertise in project development from design through execution, handle customer interactions, address concerns, and provide timely solutions. You will also lead the creation of functional and technical specification documents to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives. To be successful in this role, you should have 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Mobile Application Development. Strong experience in the Banking and BFSI domain is essential. Proficiency with Mobile Development platforms like Android Studio and Kony Visualizer is required. You should have proven ability to manage teams, handle multiple project deliverables, possess strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills, and excellent communication and documentation skills.
