Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Technical Support:
Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues that cannot be resolved at L1 or L2 support levels.
Analyze and troubleshoot production issues in Java-based applications to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and operations, to resolve critical incidents and perform post-incident reviews.
Debugging & Problem Resolution:
Utilize debugging tools (e. g. , JVisualVM, JStack, log analyzers) to diagnose and resolve issues related to application performance, memory leaks, and code defects.
Review code, analyze logs, and perform performance tuning to ensure optimal application behavior.
Develop and test patches or enhancements, and assist in deploying fixes to production environments.
Monitoring & Proactive Maintenance:
Monitor production systems to detect and address performance issues or potential outages before they impact users.
Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms to ensure timely response to system anomalies.
Work proactively to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.
