Java Fullstack Engineer AVP/VP

As an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst at our company, you will be an integral part of the Technology team, contributing to the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs. Your main objective will be to analyze and program applications systems to meet specific business needs effectively. - Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs - Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation - Provide user and operational support on applications to business users - Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to analyze complex problems, evaluate business and system processes, and industry standards - Recommend and develop security measures for successful system design and functionality - Consult with users/clients and recommend advanced programming solutions - Ensure essential procedures are followed, define operating standards and processes - Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision - Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and/or team members - Assess risk in business decisions and drive compliance with laws and regulations - 7-20 years of experience - 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in coding Java 1.8 and above, Angular, React, SpringBoot, Kafka, Oracle - Deep expertise in system design and microservices architecture - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Exposure to modern cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Docker - Working experience in Modern Ways of Working, Lean, Fast Paced, 2 Weeks Agile Model - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience The company values inclusion and diversity and is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
