As a Java Full Stack with React Lead at the global IT services company, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying applications in a cloud environment, specializing in digital engineering and IT services. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the technical strategy and architecture across full-stack applications, ensuring scalability and security. - Architecting microservices-based systems using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful microservices. - Designing user-friendly UIs with React.js and related technologies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation. - Ensuring data security, GDPR compliance, and adherence to industry standards. - Demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in guiding the development team. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - 9+ years of hands-on software development experience, with 3+ years in a software architect role. - Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful microservices, and React for front-end development. - Experience in designing and deploying applications on Azure cloud platform. - Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and software architecture principles. - Ability to design systems with high availability, resilience, and scalability.
