Job Description

Java Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Java backend services and distributed systems.
Build and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript/TypeScript with React or Angular.
Architect and implement RESTful APIs and asynchronous system components.
Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS using Kubernetes.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust version control and deployment practices.
Set up production-ready monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Integrate GenAI tools into engineering workflows to improve productivity and automation.
Optimize cloud deployments for performance, cost, and security.
Use Terraform or CloudFormation to build and manage infrastructure as code.
Collaborate across teams, lead technical discussions, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills & Experience

8+ years in Java backend engineering with full-stack capabilities.
Strong proficiency in React/Angular.
Hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native systems.
Solid understanding of distributed system design.
Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation and DevOps tooling.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
