Java full stack Lead (Spring boot & Angular)

You are an experienced Java Full Stack Lead responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robust web applications. Your expertise in Java Spring Boot for backend development and Angular for frontend development, along with leadership skills to guide development teams, will be crucial for this role. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end development of web applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular. - Collaborating with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions. - Architecting scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs. - Ensuring code quality, security, and performance through code reviews, testing, and best practices adherence. - Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level developers. - Driving Agile development practices, participating in sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of features. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the stack. - Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and proposing improvements to existing processes. - Implementing NG components, optimizing performance, and adopting best practices for scalability. - Working on Server-Side Rendering (SSR) for Angular to enhance application performance and SEO. - Good knowledge of implementing and understanding JUnit test cases. - Strong knowledge of Memory management, Threads, and Schedulers. - Optimizing application performance, scalability, and security. - Working with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL - Add on) and writing optimized queries. - Collaborating with front-end developers, QA, and product managers for high-quality solutions. - Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing applications. - Following best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD. Technical Skills Required: - Strong hands-on experience in Java (8/11/17). - Expertise in Spring Framework & Spring Boot. - Experience with RESTful API development. - Knowledge of Microservices architecture. - Expertise in logging and Debugging. - Experience in working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage. - Expertise in Angular 9+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. - Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud deployments. - Solid understanding of database design and experience with SQL / NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools (Maven, Gradle). - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Prior experience leading a development team or mentoring developers. - Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
