Java Full Stack Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview: As a Java Full Stack Lead Engineer with expertise in React JS, your role will involve leading the design and development of full stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React JS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review code, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the performance and quality of applications. Additionally, you will participate in architectural decisions, handle deployments, and contribute to technical strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of full stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React JS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, and DevOps. - Review code, mentor junior engineers, and enforce coding standards. - Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Handle deployments and performance optimization. Qualification Required: - Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture. - Solid hands-on knowledge of React JS, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. - Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations. - Exposure to modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. - Proven ability to lead a team, drive technical discussions, and deliver projects on time. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Additional Details: Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Prior experience in a product-based environment is a strong advantage.
