Required Qualifications & Skills:

Very strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
7+ years of experience in Java backend development
Strong knowledge of software design principles: MVC, data structures, graph data, algorithms, design patterns, multithreading, caching, recursion
Core Java expertise: class loading, garbage collection, Java collections API, Reflections API, Java Streams, Functional Programming
Experience with common Java frameworks: Spring, JSR-303, Logback, Junit, Apache Commons
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (DB2)
Good knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

Good to Have:

Cloud technologies: Azure, Snowflake, Databricks
Workflow Engines: BPMN, DMN Camunda 7/8
BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) with JBehave/Cucumber
TDD (Test-Driven Development) experience
Strong knowledge of GIT source code management
Familiarity with Gradle, Jenkins automated build processes
RESTful Web Services, HTTP, XML, JSON
Knowledge of ReactJS/Redux
Unix/Linux experience
Liquibase database schema management
