About The Role

Java Developer

Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework.
• Architect and implement Microservices solutions to ensure performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize applications for better performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution in production environments.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively recommend process or technology improvements.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Core Java.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot.
• Proven expertise in Microservices architecture and development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM tools like Hibernate.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Exposure to Healthcare domain projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in Java application development.
