Java Full Stack Developer

Area of Responsibility

• Be a full stack developer in terms of "hands on" attitude and a driving force in the project.
• Mentorship of fellow developers to assist them in their professional development.
• Serves as a thought leader and to help the development team drive solutions through collaboration with the other software development engineers, product managers, design, and other stakeholders in the team.
• Interest in the functional programming paradigm and exploring the benefits with the software development engineering teams in new developments.
• Consider Non-functional requirements at the heart of the platform solutions to deliver high performance, fault tolerant solutions, ensure scalability, maintainability etc. 
• Lead with your technical expertise to integrate our applications with all required systems and services and provide clean and easy to use API's.
• Lead Design and develop the business logic and backend systems within the product domain.
• Lead with cross functional technical and non-technical teams in an agile software development environment.
• Open to learn/Adapt new technologies and programming language.

Knowledge / Experience

• 8-10 years of progressive experience as a software engineer, preferably within a high growth product tech environment
• Minimum 8 years experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE, Jakarta EE Spring Frameworks, Micro services.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience UI frameworks like React and NodeJS, Next.js ShadCN/MUI, Good to have Angular experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Spring Boot/ Quarkus
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in NoSQL like MongoDB, MySql, Oracle etc. 
• Extensive engineering experience utilizing GCP (Google Cloud Practitioner) 
• Should have in depth knowledge of authentication and authorization technology like OIDC, OAuth2, JWT
• Extensive engineering experience in Building and maintaining APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
• Experience with Kafka/Rabbit Mq/any MQ’s and event-based messaging platforms
• Expertise in Agile software product delivery and SCRUM
• Expertise in CICD or automated workflow pipelines 
• Experience in containers (Docker) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes 
• Strong delivery mind-set with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Good to have GenAI, Python, LLM understanding.
• Good to have understanding of J2EE Enterprise Application, EJB, JSF, JSP, Websphere
