About the Role:

Java Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of full-stack developers and ensure delivery of scalable, robust, and secure solutions.
Architect, design, and implement backend services using
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
.
Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using
Angular (latest versions)
.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to define and deliver high-quality features.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and performance optimization.
Ensure best practices in coding standards, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to full-stack development.

Technical Skills Required:

Backend:
Core Java , Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture
Frontend:
Angular , TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, RxJS, Bootstrap
Database:
SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
DevOps / Tools:
Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA
Cloud (Preferred):
AWS / Azure / GCP experience
Testing:
JUnit, Mockito, Postman, Selenium (optional)
Other:
Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
