Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services using Java and related technologies.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines; manage builds, deployments, and branching strategies using Git.
• Interact directly with international clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, demo features, and provide technical updates.
• Work closely with front-end developers; contribute to UI development using Angular or React (preferred, not mandatory).
• Use AI-integrated workflows or applications by tools for higher productivity and faster turnaround (e.g., OpenAI, Cursor, Windsurf).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• 35 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record of contributing to at least 2 shipped software products.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and related backend technologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Solid understanding of Git branching strategies, merge workflows, and release management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Awareness of AI tools and how they are used in the software development lifecycle effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with global teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Front-end development experience using Angular or React.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
